Why these sites rarely break
Most website headaches trace back to machinery: a database, add-ons from a dozen different vendors, admin screens begging to be patched. A hand-coded site skips nearly all of it. It's a handful of plain files delivered quickly, which keeps care simple and the fee modest.
That's also why we keep sites we build on our own hosting: it lets us include small edits in the fee instead of billing for every one.

Can you take over a site another company made?
As a rule, no. The care plans exist for sites we built ourselves. If yours came from somewhere else, Roger will help you decide between fixing it and starting fresh.
